Love this sheet pan set HERE that I am using for these Valentine's Day Cake Pops if you are looking for a new set. This set has 3 sizes perfect for baking and sheet pan dinners for small or big families!

Instructions for Valentine's Day Cake Pops

  • Blend together in your KitchenAid or mixer cakes and softened cream cheese
  • Take blended ingredients together and roll into a ball. Making all the balls approximately the same size. I like to use the medium melon ball scooper from this SET HERE to make sure they are all the same size.
  • Pop the cake balls without the chocolate in the freezer to set up for abour 5-7 mins – just put them in there on the lined sheet pan
  • Melt chocolate in microwave checking every 30-45 seconds for it to not burn. Make sure you change the power to 50% this is so important for it not to burn
  • Dunk each cake ball into melting wafer I use a spoon but could use a toothpick too.
  • As you dunk them in chocolate, Place them on a lined with parchment paper sheet pan.
  • While chocolate is still wet, add sprinkles or toppings as desired over top of each one.
  • Place finished cake pops in freezer for a minimum of 15 mins to let set up
