This little guy isn't just cute, the actual dip that he is made out of is tasty! Million Dollar Crack Dip is the name of the dip for a reason. Not to mention, wouldn't he be the cutest nestled in between a charcuterie board? A conversation piece indeed!
Ingredients:
2 8oz cream cheese
3 1/2 Tbsp of real bacon bits
(or 6-8 crumbled pieces of bacon)
1 packet of Ranch seasoning
1/4 cup of chives
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
Peppercorn
Rosemary
Baby Carrot
Directions:
Let cream cheese soften and mix all above ingredients together. Minus peppercorn, rosemary, carrot
Once ingredients are mixed together form into two balls (one big one smaller) and wrap in Saran Wrap
Let set up in fridge for an hour
Take Saran off and roll in 2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese place small ball on top of bigger one.
Use peppercorn for mouth & eyes , rosemary for garnish and carrot for nose
Its that simple! This little guy will be a great little conversation piece and once your guests take their first bite they will be begging for more! You will instantly become the hostess with the mostess… and the best news is this snowman cheese ball takes very little effort! Now that is a #CrazyBusyMama win!!
