Here is how I made this delicious Slow Cooker Chicken and Potatoes, but before I do you will want to PIN this amazing 5 ingredient dump and go slow cooker meal HONEY GARLIC Chicken its fantastic and so yummy too!

Ingredients: Slow Cooker Chicken and Potatoes

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
  • 16 oz green beans fresh
  • 10 red potatoes diced
  • 2 oz onion soup mix
  • 6 tbsp butter melted

Instructions: Slow Cooker Chicken and Potatoes

  • In slow cooker add a liner for easy clean up, then add chicken on bottom
  • On top of chicken add fresh green beans and diced red baby potatoes
  • Add melted butter to the top of chicken, green beans and potatoes
  • Then add dry onion soup mix on top
  • Place lid on slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours – cooking time may vary depending on your slow cooker.

Once down the chicken will fall apart.

Serve warm as a complete meal or with sides.

Side Idea:

We love to serve this meal with a bagged Cesar salad and dinner roll, however this dinner could be a complete meal too!
