Who loves an easy quick dinner that takes 30 minutes tops from kitchen to table? If you answered yes, this Creamy Beef Pasta is for you! Especially when the kids are asking “What's for dinner?” and you want to get something on the table super quick before you run out for evening activities, trust me this one is it!

We debated if this should be called Creamy Beef Pasta or Cheesy Italian Shells. Either way, it is a super family and kid friendly meal and your family will be begging for more. I mean look at it, mouthwatering right?

Ok here is how I made this amazing Creamy Beef Pasta.

Ingredients for Creamy Beef Pasta

16 oz pasta 

1 lb ground beef

1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning 

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder 

1/2 Tbsp onion powder 

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 1/2 – 2 cups mozzarella cheese 

24 oz marinara sauce

In a cast iron skillet, Brown ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder to your seasoning preference.

Make sure and grab yourself one of these meat mashers, they work wonders in the kitchen and can my found on my Amazon store under kitchen Must haves here.

At the same time cook up the noodles 

Once meat is cooked and seasoned add 8 oz of softened cream cheese 

Once combined add marinara sauce 

Then once noodles are cooked add to the skillet with the meat mixture. 

Add shredded cheese to the top. We love cheese so we put plenty on top. You can use as much or as little cheese as you want.

Once cheese is on top, Bake in oven at 400 until cheese is melted 

I mean look at that deliciousness!! Serve with a side salad and some crunchy french bread and you have yourself an easy thrown together week night meal in no time!

Let set for a few minutes and enjoy!  

You could substitute the ground beef for Italian Sausage.  Both are tasty!

You can use pre shredded cheese or shred your own. I prefer shredding my own, but had some pre shredded on hand so that is what I used.
