The key to making your Keto Sugar-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk is to use a large pan. So instead of grabbing that smaller saucepan or skillet use a larger one because it will give it more surface area to cook and thicken up a lot quicker. It should take you about 35-45 mins to make, but will undoubtedly take up to an hour with a smaller pan. When I used my much larger sautee skillet it only took about 25 mins… so it will definitely behind on what pan you cook it in.

Ingredients for Keto Sugar-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk

Just 3 simple ingredients!

    3 tbsp unsalted butter

    2 cups heavy cream

1/4 cup of monk fruit allulose blend this ONE is my favorite and it needs to be no erythritol – this will keep it from having a gritty texture.

Monk fruit is my favorite for no aftertaste. It is by far my favorite sugar substitute.

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Then add the heavy cream and powdered sweetener.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick, coats the back of a spoon and volume is reduced by half. It will also pull away from the pan as you tilt it. (Again, This will go faster if you use a larger pan.)

      Notes

Half and half or most other keto milk options won’t work, as the fat content is necessary for sugar-free keto condensed milk to thicken. Coconut cream or full-fat canned coconut milk should work as a dairy-free substitute, but the recipe still has butter and I haven’t tried replacing that. If you try the diary free version please let me know how it goes.
