Are you snowed in like us?? Wishing spring weather was here already? Well if that is you, then these Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats will help put a pep in your step!

I like to call these my ☘️🌈𝖢𝖧𝖤𝖶𝖸 𝖢𝖧𝖠𝖱𝖬𝖲 🌈☘️ they will not only, help put a pep in your step. And they are so easy too! And if you have a house full of stir crazy kiddos, this will be the perfect little snack and if you get them involved in the kitchen will help to break up your day. Just 3 simple ingredients!

Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats

So here is how I made, these fun Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats aka…”Chewy Charms”

Ingredients: Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows 1 bag
  • 3 1/2 cups lucky charms cereal

Instructions: Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats

  • Spread butter over 8X8 baking dish and set aside
  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat on stove top: I love this PAN it is perfect when cooking larger amounts!
  • Once butter has melted, add mini marshmallows and stir until they have melted and combined with butter
  • Once marshmallows have melted, remove pot from heat and slowly stir in cereal until all everything is coated well
  • Then carefully transfer gooey cereal mixture into your dish, and gently press down with wooden spoon or parchment paper
  • Wait an hour for marshmallow treats to cool then cut and enjoy!

If you wet your hands with water, you can easily press down on the Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats without getting your hands sticky! Also, I like to freeze mine for about 20 mins making it super easy to cut! Or enjoy them right away warm.

If you want to speed up the process of getting them to cool down, put them in the freezer for about 20 mins this will help them cool down and make them easier to cut. Personally, I like to freeze mine.  Or enjoy them right away warm! Your choice!
