Lucky Charm Cookies

Instructions: Lucky Charm Cookies

Preheat Oven to 350

Sort out Lucky Charms marshmallows – or choose the ones you want from the Lucky Charms Marshmallow only bag

Take pre made sugar cookie dough and place in bowl with white chocolate chips and mix together with your hands, incorporating the chips in the dough.

Line sheet pan with parchment paper

Take the scoop and scoop out a dough ball ( I like to use this scoop to keep them all about the same size) and place on sheet, placing about 2 inches apart.

Depending on size this could make anywhere 12-16 cookies.

Take a handful of Lucky Charm marshmallows and press them into the unbaked scoops of dough

Place cookie sheet in preheated oven and bake at 350 for 10-12 mins.

Once they cool simply enjoy!

Crazy Busy Mama Tip:

This is the perfect recipe to make with our kiddos! Wining for you and them! They will love spending time baking with you in the kitchen, not to mention they will love devouring them too – and you won't have a mess to clean up!

If you love more St. Patrick's Day recipes like this one, make sure to check out these LUCKY CHARMS MARSHMALLOW TREATS – I love to call these Chewy Charms. So easy just like these Lucky Charm Cookies and tasty too!

For the perfect cookie- I like to take my cookies out of oven at about 10 mins and leave on cookie sheet as they tend to bake on the sheet as they set out of oven. They may be a little underdone, but they bake fully as they set. We prefer our cookies a little crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside and this seems to do the trick every time.

You also could mix the lucky charms marshmallows in the with dough, but I decided to put them on top of the cookie to extend the life of the marshmallows so I could use them for a variety of different fun recipes. Totally up to you on what you decide.
