Ingredients: Ranch Chive Chip Dip

In a bowl with a lid (you can store) add softened cream cheese. I love these BOWLS – they have a silicone grip bottom and lids so great for storage when you need to let the dip set up.

I am using whipped cream cheese making it a bit quicker so no need to let the cream cheese soften, plus this chive makes the best flavor in this dip. However, you can use plain cream cheese too- you will just need to let it soften before putting the dip together.

Mix in ranch dry seasoning mix and sour cream

Mix until well combined and place in fridge covered to let set up for an hour.

Slice up 3-4 green onions to place on top of dip for a garnish

Once it sets up in refrigerator scoop out of bowl into your chip dip bowl and add green onions as a garnish.

Or before you add to the bowl, try this hack- add ice to the chip dip area of platter

and place your dip in a separate bowl on top. This will allow you to enjoy chilled dip throughout the entire game.

Then garnish with green onions prior to serving.

And Enjoy!

Looking for a CHIP DIP SET this one is nice glass one with a deep set for dips!

Crazy Busy Mama Tip:

In a hurry you can used whipped cream cheese right away no need to let is soften. Also, if you want to keep the dip chilled place ice in center of chip dip bowl (Like shown in photo instructions) and put a bowl on top of the ice that holds the actual dip. This will allow your dip to stay chilled if you are entertaining.

Instead of chips, you could also add raw veggies like carrots, broccoli, celery or your favorites around this dip. It is great as a chip dip but veggie dip too.

Such a simple dip full of flavor!
