Who else loves a slider Sunday? If you are not doing slider Sunday on rotation it is an absolute must!  And this Italian Sub Sliders will be a hit for all! 

These sliders are whole nutha level especially with the Italian Chopped Salad layered on top.

Oh my deliciousness! This is a slider night like you have never had and it will leave you begging for more.

Italian Sub Sliders

Here is how you do it: 

Ingredients of Italian Sub Sliders

Sliders:

  • 12 Pretzel Buns Hawaiian
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salami
  • Turkey
  • Ham
  • American Cheese White American – or use Provolone

Italian Chopped Salad:

  • 16 oz lettuce shredded
  • 2 Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 lb Salami chopped
  • 1/2 lb Ham chopped
  • 1/2 lb provolone chopped
  • 5 oz pepperoni mini
  • 6 oz peperoncini about a 3rd of a jar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise love Duke's
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2.25 oz olives sliced
  • 3 tbsp banana pepper juice optional

Instructions for Italian Sub Sliders

Sliders

  • Preheat Oven 375
  • spray pyrex dish with non stick spray then put on first layer of buns
  • layer meats and cheese on top
  • Bake sliders covered at 375 for 20-25 mins
  • Once sliders are done take tops off and add Italian Chopped Salad

Italian Chopped Salad

  • While sliders are in the oven mix up dressing
  • In a small bowl to make Dressing: add mayonnaise mix in olive oil, seasoning, and banana pepper juice (optional) but makes it so yummy!
  • Chop: tomatoes, banana peppers, salami, ham, provolone
  • In a larger bowl add lettuce
  • then add all ingredients including dressing and chopped ingredients in to the bowl of lettuce
  • mix all ingredients together to make salad

    Sounds great! Just a little confused you mention pepperocinis in salad and banana pepper juice – then mention banana peppers in salad but not listed in ingredients (would this the pepperocinis?)Thanks! Love you recipes!
