Waffle Sandwich: Have you ever have one of those mornings, where to alarm doesn't go off and you are scrambling to get out of the door on time? Not to mention, you still need to feed your kids? Ugh…makes for a rough start, no doubt. Well if this is you, you will love this easy Waffle Sandwich! The infused honey gives it a nice sweet taste with no refined sugar. We are on a huge honey kick in our house and looking for ways to implement it in my recipes and every day life to get rid of the refined sugars. Here is what you need to put this Waffle sandwich together!

Ingredients: Waffle Sandwich

  • 1 1/2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 waffles any will do
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey love vanilla infused

Instructions: Waffle Sandwich

  • Prepare frozen waffles in toaster. You can use any style of waffle for this sandwich. We had blueberry so used that.
  • Once waffle is toasted, cover one waffle with peanut butter – we used crunchy

Then slice banana and put it on top of the peanut butter.

Once banana is sliced on top of peanut butter waffle, drizzle vanilla infused honey on top. As much or as little as you wish

Once you have drizzled honey on top, place other toasted waffle on top. While it is warm, wrap up in a paper towel to catch any mess and grab and go!
