This easy Firework Oreo Cheesecake dessert will be a huge 🧨 hit!! And so festive for 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙🇺🇸 4th of July- Independence Day! With the first bite, you will be singing “Let Freedom Ring” . I served this to my family last summer and they all got a kick out of the snap crackle and pop of it! So fun to eat and delicious too, makes for the most fun memories that any crazy busy mama will cherish.

A little will do ya 😋 so make sure you serve when you entertain or have several who are going to be enjoying along with you. It’s absolutely and slightly dangerously delicious!

No Bake Fireworks Oreo Cheesecake

If you are looking for a grilling idea for this amazing dessert look no further than these BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN SKEWERS they are perfect for all those summer grilling opportunities like 4th of July. So here is making memories and each holiday throughout the summer count! Here is how I put this Firework Oreo Cheesecake together…. 

Ingredients: No Bake Fireworks Oreo Cheesecake

Oreo Crust

  • 25 Oreos red velvet or regular- double stuffed
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp gel food coloring if using regular Oreos

Cheesecake Filling

  • 32 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Sava
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 16 Oreos chopped

Instructions: No Bake Fireworks Oreo Cheesecake

  • Crush Oreos in processor then add melted butter and food coloring if using regular Oreos.
  • Take 16 firework Oreo cookies chop and set aside

Here are the Firework Oreos that are limited and come out around every 4th of July. I got mine at WalMart.

  • Once Oreos are processed

  • In a 8X8 Dish, pat down in dish.
  • Once Oreo crust is smoothed down on 8X8 Dish, place in refrigerator and let set in fridge for an hour.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In KitchenAid Mixer – mix cream room softened cheese for 4-5 mins until creamy 
  • Slowly add in sugar & vanilla

  • Once combined fold in all but 1/2 cup of chopped firework Oreos & cool whip

  • Combine well and ice Oreo crust

Topping

  • Take remaining chopped Oreos and sprinkle them in top

  • Add desired amount of sprinkles or pop rocks on top

  • Cover and set in fridge to set up for 4 hours
  • Slice and Serve

Serve Chilled and Dig in and Enjoy!
