For those who love a step-by-step tutorial here is one for you below!
Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425
In a deep 9X13 dish place dry noodles

I used penne pasta, but you can use whichever kind of pasta you desire.

Then add beef stock to the noodles and stir to cover

Add Frozen Meatballs to the dish

Then add marinara and Alfredo sauce and stir to make sure meatballs and noodles are covered

Cover dish with foil and bake on 425 for 30-35 mins
While the dish is baking, shred mozzarella cheese

I prefer to shred my own cheese the taste texture and even the cost is better, but you absolutely can use pre shredded cheese too. I love this cheese shredder -HERE posted below makes shredding cheese super easy and you can throw it in the dish washer when you are done making it an absolute breeze. So if you prefer shredding your own over bagged cheese, you have to grab this shredder!

Once dish is done, make sure to stir good to make sure all noodles aren't sticking. You can taste test the noodle to make sure it is al dente, but be careful it will be hot.

Place on top of hot dish covering completely

Recover dish and place in oven for about 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly like shown below.

Allow to sit on counter for a few minutes to cool.

Then serve and enjoy!

Crazy Busy Mama Tip:
Make sure the casserole dish that you are using is a deep one. This will avoid unnecessary spillage and save time with clean up. You will want to make sure to bake this Dump & Bake Meatball Casserole in a deep 9X13 casserole dish to avoid spillage. I really love this deep dish casserole HERE it is super functional and has a timeless sleek design as well.

Super easy and the family loved it. I made one for us and one for a meal train to support a family. I got everything at Trader Joe’s and did buy the shredded cheese but added some parm and also some extra herbs before backing.
I put it under the broiler at the end for a few minutes to get the top more toasty.
Def will be in our rotation. Thank you!
This is so beautiful to read 🥹🤍
Making one for your family *and* one for a meal train… that’s exactly what this is all about. Food bringing comfort, care, and community to others. I love that so much.
And your tweaks sound amazing—adding parm, extra herbs, and finishing it under the broiler for that toasty top?! Okay that’s next level 👀 I know people reading this are going to want to try it your way!
So glad it was easy, loved by your family, and going into the rotation… that’s the biggest win.
Thank you for sharing this and for loving people so well 🤍
This meatball casserole was amazing and so easy! I used ingredients that I had at home already. Both my kiddos (3 and 1) ate and loved it. Also this meal fed my family of 4 and my husband’s grandparents with left overs. Always looking for meals to feed our two family’s and this was a hit. The grandparents even asked for the recipe. This is a meal that could be made to share; work potluck, meal train etc.
Really good. Really easy.
I had everything on hand except the Alfredo, so I took the suggestion someone else had of heavy cream and it worked beautifully.
Just a few comments: the bake time and temp are not enough. I baked for 35 minutes at 425 and nothing was done. The noodles were slightly soft, but I could have scooped the food out with my hand and it would not have burned me. I upped the temp to 450 for an additional 30 minutes and it was perfect.
Absolutely delicious and so easy!!
Easy and delicious!
