Who else loves sliders for dinner? These Chicken Parmesan Sliders are a cinch to put together even on the most hectic schedule. I happened to make these Chicken Parmesan Sliders between a band concert and a basketball game, and my kids devoured them. Sliders are one of my kids favorite options for dinner time, so I am always trying to get creative and make a different variations of sliders for our family to enjoy. So note to self, if you are a crazy busy mama like me then slider rolls, like hawaiian rolls should be an absolute staple in your pantry to put a quick slider dinner together.

Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Ok mama, here is how I put these scrumptious Chicken Parmesan Sliders together.

Ingredients: Chicken Parmesan Sliders

  • 12 hawaiian rolls
  • 12 chicken nuggets
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 16 oz Mozzarella
Butter Glaze
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp parmesan grated

Instructions: Chicken Parmesan Sliders

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Use Air fryer or oven to cook chicken nuggets for 12 minutes
  • Slice or grate mozzarella and set aside
  • Spray a 9×13 lightly with non stick cooking spray or use a cookie sheet like I did in the video and lay down the bottom of the sliders on the dish
  • Cover the bottom of buns with the cooked chicken nuggets
  • Then add a spoonful of marinara sauce on top of the nugget
  • Then add mozzarella on top of the marinara sauce
  • Place tops on buns and add butter glaze to the tops
  • Cover for softer rolls or leave uncovered or a more crispy roll and Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins until cheese is melted
  • Butter Glaze
  • In a microwavable dish place butter, garlic, parsley and parmesan and put on top of buns prior to baking in oven

Ingredients

You will need to adjust slider amounts on the amount of people you are feeding. Typically, 2-3 sliders per person.
