BBQ Pulled Pork is always a favorite!

It feeds a crowd and super easy to make. But, if you are like us you end up eating it for days because it makes so much! There have been times that I have made it and immediately froze a half portion for later and these little bag holders are like a third hand to help out in the kitchen when i need it the most. And for those of you who spend a day a week doing meal prep, they are incredible for prepping those dump and go slow cooker meals like this delicious Orange Chicken for those crazy busy week nights! You can also snag my Crazy Busy Mama 30 Slow Cooker digital cookbook here available for immediate download that will give you a months worth of delicious meals!

So, if you didn't freeze half of your pulled pork and are in need of a recipe to use up those leftovers, I got you! I mean grocery prices are insane and still skyrocketing so using up leftovers for a creative meal is what any Crazy Busy Mama can appreciate! So this BBQ Pulled Pork Bake recipe is perfect for leftover BBQ pulled pork. And this BBQ Pulled Pork Bake only takes 30 mins to put together and your kids will eat it up like it was a brand new meal! Don't have leftovers to use…thats ok! Grab one of those pre-made packages of pulled pork at the grocery store and use it!

Super simple to throw this one together and what I love about this bake the most, is you can change it up super easy by using different proteins. So if you don't do pork you could usually substitute for chicken too! Or even make the most amazing taco bake! So scrumptious… so many possibilities!

Serve your BBQ Pulled Pork Bake with a side salad or steamed veggie and you have yourself a super quick family friendly meal!

Here is how I made the BBQ Pulled Pork Bake:

Ingredients for BBQ Pulled Pork Bake

  • 1 lb pulled pork
  • 10 oz BBQ sauce
  • 2 crescent roll sheet
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic or garlic salt

Photo Instructions for BBQ Pulled Pork Bake

Preheat your oven to 350. Grab a 9X13 like the one HERE and get your protein ready. I am using leftover pulled pork.

Lay crescent sheet down on 9X13 and press down.

    Make garlic butter mixture

Baste on garlic butter on top of crescent sheet.

Place pulled pork and BBQ sauce down on the crescent sheet

Shred your cheddar cheese. I love my cheese shredder HERE

Place shredded cheese on top of meat, covering it completely.

    Take second crescent sheet

and roll on top of meat and cheese mixture covering it completely.

Bake in oven at 350 for 18-20 mins until golden brown

Let set for about 5 minutes on counter prior to cutting.

Then serve with a side salad, making a super quick and easy meal!
