BBQ Pulled Pork Bake

Great way to use up that left over pulled pork

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pulled pork
  • 10 oz BBQ sauce
  • 2 crescent roll sheet
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic or garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350
  • Lay crescent sheet on 9X13 and press down
  • baste garlic butter on top of this sheet
  • Mix pulled pork and BBQ sauce together - if not already mixed
  • layer BBQ Pulled pork down on crescent sheet
  • put shredded cheese on top of meat
  • then place the second crescent sheet on top of cheese and cover completely
  • Bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly
  • Let set for 5 minute before serving

You could also do chicken instead of pork if preferred.
