    1. Ahh I love hearing that!! 🩷 “Family favorite” is seriously the best compliment a recipe can get 😊 Thank you so much for trying it and taking the time to leave such a sweet comment. It makes me so happy knowing it was a hit for your family too!

I make this recipe at least once a month. I’m gluten-free so I add in the Trader Joe’s gluten free fettuccine egg noodles and they are delicious 😋.

I have followed Crazy Busy Mama, Lori, for about 3 years now. I purchased her Crockpot cookbook & have cooked several of the recipes! Her Star Crunch cookies were also a huge hit with our sons & my husband. Her recipes have all been delicious! I am also following her through her grief. As a Stephen Minister she gives me a clearer understanding of the realities of grief and its stages. God bless her as she is just a sweetheart!

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words. It really means a lot to me that you’ve been following along for so many years. Hearing that your family enjoyed the crockpot recipes and that the Star Crunch cookies were a hit with your boys and your husband made me smile. I love knowing those little recipes are being shared around family tables.

It also means a lot that you mentioned being a Stephen Minister. What a beautiful ministry that is. People walking through grief truly need compassionate hearts like yours who are willing to sit with them in the hard places. Grief can feel so lonely, and having someone who understands or is willing to learn means more than words can say.

Thank you for walking alongside me through this season as well. Sharing my journey has never been about having it all figured out, but simply about being honest about what grief really looks like and trusting that God can use even the hardest seasons to encourage someone else.

Your kindness and encouragement truly mean so much to me. God bless you as you continue loving and supporting others the way you do. 💛
