Crazy Busy Mama Tip

For the creamiest Salsa Verde Chicken Enchiladas, let your cream cheese soften to room temperature before mixing the filling. It blends much more easily and creates a smooth, creamy texture in every bite. And if you're short on time, grab a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store—it cuts your prep time in half while still giving you incredible flavor.
