If you shred your own cheese it melts better and is just all around tastier! We love this EASY SHREDDER for cheese and the best part is it is dishwasher friendly too!

Crazy Busy Mama hack…  add about 1/4 cup of water and shake up empty sauce jar, this helps to get the rest of the sauce out of the jar. Our family prefers cottage cheese, however feel free to replace with ricotta cheese if you would like. If you have never tried cottage cheese instead, its absolutely delicious you should try it not to mention it is much more affordable too.

For easy clean up, use a crockpot liner.
