Box of Lasagna Hamburger Helper

1 Lb of ground beef

1 1/4 cups Milk

1 1/4 cups Heavy Whipping cream

1 can fire roasted tomatoes

2 Tbsp cream cheese

2-3 spoonfuls of cottage cheese

½ cup cottage cheese

1/2 – 1 cup of provolone or mozzarella cheese

Make per box instructions (except the milk: see next step)

I use this meat masher daily!

Instead of all milk as box states use half milk & half heavy Whipping Cream

Add 1 can fire roasted tomatoes

Cover and let cook about 10 mins until noodles are cooked

At the end add cottage cheese & stir

Top with 1/2 – 1 cup of provolone or mozzarella cheese.
