That's where the magic of one-pot skillet meals comes in – they are a game-changer for busy families, offering convenience, efficiency, and flavor all in a single pan.

Say goodbye to scrubbing multiple pots and pans and hello to more time spent relaxing with your loved ones.

5- Perfect for Meal Prep: For busy moms, meal prep is a lifesaver when it comes to staying organized and on track during the week. One-pot skillet meals are ideal for meal prep because they can easily be made in large batches and stored for later. Simply double or triple the recipe, portion out individual servings, and store them in the fridge or freezer for quick and convenient meals on busy nights. Whether you're reheating leftovers for lunch or dinner, you can rest assured knowing that a delicious, homemade meal is just a few minutes away.

6- Kid-Friendly Options: Let's face it – getting kids to eat their veggies can be a challenge. • Cover on medium heat allowing cheeses to melt. Once cheese melts it is ready to serve
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
Side Idea:

Serve with side salad or green beans and this will for sure be one your kids will love.

Crazy Busy Mama Tip:

When you purchase your beef purchase in bulk and before you put it away brown up some and store in freezer baggies labeled with date to use for future use on those nights where you don't have a ton of time. Just add cooked beef to skillet and warm up and break apart. Helps to save time in those busy nights.

Also, if you want to cut the heat for littles you can use mild rotel.
