Creamy Tortellini Soup: SIDE IDEA

There is something so comforting about opening the freezer and knowing dinner is already planned.

Taking a little time to prep freezer meals ahead of time has saved me from countless stressful evenings.

Instead of grabbing takeout, we get to enjoy a homemade meal together around the dinner table.

That extra time with family is always worth it.

Crazy Busy Mama Tip

Whenever you're doing freezer meal prep, make several Creamy Tortellini Soup Freezer Meal bags at once. Since you're already chopping onions and measuring ingredients, assembling multiple meals only takes a few extra minutes. Just remember to leave the tortellini out of the freezer bag and add it during the last 40 minutes of cooking so it stays perfectly tender and doesn't become mushy.
