Ok mamas, here is how I made the Chicken in a Biskit Baked Chicken.

Ingredients: Chicken in a Biskit Baked Chicken

  • 1 1/2 – 2 lbs chicken 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 cups chicken biskit crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter cut into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions: Chicken in a Biskit Baked Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Lightly spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray
  • Take 2 cups of crackers and place them in a ziploc bag and crush them.
  • Place crushed crackers in a medium size shallow bowl, add garlic salt and pepper – mix.
  • Place eggs slightly beaten in another separate medium size shallow bowl. 
  • Dip one chicken breast at a time in the eggs coating well
  • then dredge in the cracker crumbs, coating well on all sides. *better breader container will make this virtually mess free.

  • Place chicken breasts side-by-side in baking dish
  • Cut butter into individual slices and top chicken evenly with pieces of butter.
  • Bake in oven at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is ready and internal temperature has reached 165 degrees
  • Serve warm

Crispy on the outside locks flavor on the inside creating super moist chicken on the inside. Absolutely amazing.

Side Idea:

Serve Chicken in a Biskit Baked Chicken with a side salad, mashed or a steamed vegetable like broccoli.
