Cheesy Ranch Taco Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 24 oz Velveeta Shells and Cheese
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • onion diced
  • 10 oz rotel
  • 2 tbsp ranch dry seasoning
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cheddar shredded
  • cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef and onion in skillet
  • Add ranch and taco seasoning to the ground beef and onion
  • Add rotel undrained to the skillet along with water
  • Add cheese from velveeta kit along with noodles and mix well. Let it come to a simmer and put lid on skillet and let it cook for about 7 minutes.
  • Add heavy whipping cream and stir in then add 2 cups of shredded cheese - also love to use pepper jack or montery jack too
  • Cover on medium heat allowing cheeses to melt. Once cheese melts it is ready to serve
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

This is a perfect meal for those last minute crazy busy nights. Serve with side salad or green beans and this will for sure be one your kids will love. 
Also, if you want to cut the heat for littles you can use mild rotel.
