Side Ideas for Butter Ranch Chicken: Broccoli, Side Salad and Dinner roll

Crazy Busy Mama Tip for Butter Ranch Chicken:

I love this dinner with a side of broccoli. So if you don't want to cook the broccoli separate, you can put a bag of frozen broccoli ( or even fresh) in 30 minutes prior to serving. Just season with salt and pepper as desired or take some of the juice from the chicken and pour right on top.

We are a family of 6, so I use 3-4 chicken breasts about 2 lbs. We usually split the chicken breasts. So if you are a family who loves for each person to have their own chicken breasts, then you will want to adjust the chicken portion and ingredients as necessary.
