Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
Half each biscuit, place the bottom half on the parchment paper and set the top to the side for later. (Gently pressing the middle of the biscuit bottom to make a little boat for the scrambled eggs will make it easier to seal after filling)

Place some scrambled eggs, bacon pieces and cheese on the biscuit bottoms.

I was in a rush so I used premade bacon bites and store bought shredded cheese, BUT… if you have the time to shred your own cheese and make some bacon you definitely should! If you use this Bacon Wizard and Cheese Grater Wheel, it will hardly add any time to your meal prep!
Add the tops back to the biscuits

Gently press around the edges of the biscuit dough together to seal them closed

Bake on 350 for about 13 minutes

*When used as meal prep, Let cool Wrap each biscuit bomb in parchment paper and put into the fridge! Then just pop them in the air fryer or microwave for 30-60 seconds in the morning. Breakfast—done.
