Who else loves an easy throw together meal on those crazy busy nights? I know I do and it is even better if it tastes incredible like this easy Baked Cheesy Tortellini

I don't know about you, but I could do pasta every night of the week! My boys love anything pasta it and my girls could have it a few nights a week. After suddenly losing Q, I want all the pasta I can get my hands on because it is a true comfort food for me. Life seems to be super hard right now to accomplish anything, so an easy meal like this to help me reclaim the table with my sweet kids is a must! It's important that we get back to having meals like we were with their father, it's just taking everything I have to make that happen right now emotionally so EASY meals are what I need.

For those of you unaware of the sudden death of my best friend you can read more about Q's STORY HERE. We are doing the best we know how to move forward honoring him each and every day. Since his passing, I have dedicated a special section of the Crazy Busy Mama blog – “Cooking with Q” of all his favorites and when he would share cooking with me in the kitchen. He was never shy about putting together a dinner or making a meal for our family and it was always so delicious so this section will be updated regularly with his favorites to best honor him. So if you feel so inclined to try a meal in honor of him, please let me know how you love it by writing a review here where I can share on the blog or by simply tagging #ReclaimTheTable showing you and your precious family enjoying a meal together.

My hope is to always help you spend as much intentional time together with your family as you can.

Crazy Busy Mama Tip: prior to covering dish with foil make sure to spray with non stick so the foil doesn't stick to your cheese pulling it all off the dish. Another tip is to make sure to spray the foil and 9X13 dish over the sink or dishwasher so the spray residue doesn't end up on your kitchen floor
