Bacon Cheese Dip

Let me show you how to make this easy dip recipe.

Ingredients: Bacon Cheese Dip

  • 30 oz chive and onion cream cheese whipped
  • 1 1/2 cup montery jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 6 piece bacon crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • parsley bunch

If shredding your own cheese for this recipe, we love this CHEESE SHREDDER – it even has attachments for fine or course shredding to give you the desired look you are going for for this carrot bacon cheese dip.

Instructions: Bacon Cheese Dip

  • Fry up 6 pieces of bacon or microwave bacon until done then crumble
  • Shred all cheese it not using pre shredded. – I shred monetery jack fine and the cheddar a larger shred
  • Take all ingredients expect cheddar cheese and parsley and mix in a medium size bowl and combine well
  • On a charcuterie style board, shape cream cheese mixture into a shape resembling a carrot
  • Cover cream cheese mixture with cheddar cheese – I like to use the large shreds for the top
  • Place bunch of parsley on top of cream cheese carrot creating the top of the carrot
  • Serve with favorite crackers

Once you put together, I love to serve mine on a charcuterie style tray with handles like THIS ONE making it super easy to maneuver and serve.

We love to serve this “carrot” bacon cheese dip with pretzel crisps and they come in a variety of different flavors the ones shown are the everything bagel crisps. They are absolutely perfect with this easy bacon cheese dip. However, feel free to serve with your choice of crackers or veggies.
