Easter Confectionery Board? Who loves a good charcuterie board for snacking, especially throughout the holiday season? If so, you will love this fun confectionery board full of yummy treats for Easter. Confectionery boards are the same concept as a charcuterie board just full sugar and spice and all things nice.

This is also a great idea, for families with older kids who aren't doing Easter Egg hunts. Allows you to display all their favorites and create a spread to gather around after Easter brunch with the extended family.

You can even create a few homemade treats like these RICE KRISPY BIRDS NESTs alongside your kids favorite store bought ones!

My hope is this Easter Confectionery board, helps you get inspired to create a fun board for Easter for your friends and family, and maybe even those older teens who are not doing hunts any longer. I did mine on a raised wooden board so I could easily move it around if needed.

Easter Confectionery Board

Confectionary boards are all about nestling in homemade, themed decor, and using larger pieces like this chocolate bunny as a focal point.

Here is how I put my board together with some of the ingredients I have used. My hope to inspire you to do the same.

Ingredients: Easter Confectionery Board

All ingredients are optional, just to give you an idea on what to use. The key here is creating one that has your kids favorites.

  • oreo cookies
  • Easter Peeps assortment
  • Easter M&M's assorted
  • Easter Egg Peanut Butter cups
  • Robin Eggs
  • Easter Grass assorted colors
  • mini cadbury eggs
  • Marshmallow chocolates
  • Hershey's Kisses and Hugs

Confectionary boards are known for their sweet treats but don't leave out those focal points to create an aesthetically pleasing look as well. I am using several focal points throughout mine, however the big chocolate bunny is the main focal point. So depending on the size of confectionery board you put together will depend on how many focal points you may or may not need. I am doing a large board to cover the mid section of my table so i am doing a fairly large confectionery board for an extended family gathering.

Again, you can use homemade goodies or even add fun dips to this board if you wish. You can find a lot of fun Easter Ideas HERE

And if you ask me, easter grass is a must! It allows you to add little nests in areas for candies. Candy dishes really help to add dimension to the board too!
