Air Fryer Stir Fry

Did you know you can make a complete meal all in the air fryer? Yup! This one basket meal full of protein and veggies is not only delicious but only takes 15 mins! And its Healthy too! I call that an absolute perfect Crazy Busy Mama meal! I used chicken in this stir fry, but you could use just about any protein you want. If using something besides chicken, you just might need to adjust cooking time so keep that in mind.

Ok mama, here is how I made this incredible air fryer stir fry!

Ingredients: Air Fryer Stir Fry

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken 2- 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil we love using infused oils to enhance flavor
  • 1 tbsp honey we love Blue Hive Honey & used Orange Blossom infused- clover would be great too!
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup zucchini chopped
  • 1 cup squash chopped
  • 1 cup peppers chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic chili paste to taste as garnish
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds as a garnish

Instructions: Air Fryer Stir Fry

Take 2-3 chicken breasts and chop into cube size pieces. I like to do this with my kitchen sheers

In the air fryer basket place a disposable or reusable liner- this will not only help with quick clean up but also help to keep the juices locked in. I used the disposable ones this time, but normally love to use the reusable ones like this one pictured below. Amazon has them HERE

Slice assorted veggies and put them on top of the chicken

Then add all powdered seasoning, oils, and honey. Shake and stir up all ingredients in air fryer to make sure all veggies and chicken are coated with all the seasonings

Bake at 375 for 15 mins or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165

Once done you can plate over rice or even use a cauliflower rice.

Garish with sesame seeds and dive in and enjoy!

For those who love a little heat, add a bit of garlic chili paste (pictured below) to this dish you will love it.

Notes

The beautiful thing about this meal is it is customizable. So add more protein if you wish or omit protein all together for a vegetarian meal. Also, if you are trying to stay low carb I recommend you replace the rice for cauliflower rice.
