1 1/2tbspolive oilwe love using infused oils to enhance flavor
1tbsp honeywe love Blue Hive Honey & used Orange Blossom infused- clover would be great too!
1/2tbspsesame oil
1cupzucchinichopped
1 cupsquashchopped
1 cuppepperschopped
1cupbroccolichopped
1cupsnap peas
1/2cupmushroomssliced
salt and pepper to taste
garlic chili paste to taste as garnish
1/2tbspsesame seedsas a garnish
Instructions
Take 2-3 chicken breasts and chop into cube size pieces. I like to do this with my kitchen sheers
In the air fryer basket place a disposable or reusable liner- this will not only help with quick clean up but also help to keep the juices locked in.
Slice assorted veggies and put them on top of the chicken
Then add all powdered seasoning, oils, and honey
Shake and stir up all ingredients in air fryer to make sure all veggies and chicken are coated with all the seasonings
Bake at 375 for 15 mins or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165
Once done you can garish with sesame seeds
Enjoy stir fry on it's own or serve over rice
For those who love a little heat, add a bit of garlic chili paste to this dish you will love it.

Notes
The beautiful thing about this meal is it is customizable. So add more protein if you wish or omit protein all together for a vegetarian meal. Also, if you are trying to stay low carb I recommend you replace the rice for cauliflower rice.
