How to make Pizza Bake Pasta: a step by step guide
Step-by-Step Directions
1. Preheat the oven Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Brown the beef and onion Add the ground beef and diced onion to a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess grease.
3. Season the meat Add the Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cooked beef and stir everything together.
4. Make the creamy pizza sauce Add the red pasta sauce and Alfredo sauce to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir until everything is creamy and well combined.
5. Prepare the ravioli Cook the pepperoni and mozzarella ravioli according to the package directions, being careful not to overcook it since it will continue cooking in the oven. Drain.
6. Assemble the pizza bake Spread a little of the meat sauce across the bottom of your baking dish. Add the ravioli and cover with the remaining creamy meat sauce.
7. Add the cheese Layer the sliced mozzarella cheese over the entire top. Don't be shy here—we're making a pizza bake. 😂
8. Bake Bake at 375°F for about 20–25 minutes, or until everything is hot and bubbly and the mozzarella is completely melted.
9. Get that pizza-style top For a golden, bubbly cheese layer, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. Keep a close eye on it because mozzarella can go from “ooooh perfect” to “well, dinner's on fire” REAL quick. 😂
10. Serve Let the Pepperoni Ravioli Pizza Bake rest for about 5 minutes, then scoop and serve!
Pizza Bake Pasta: SIDE IDEA
Let's be honest…
There are very few people who turn down pizza.
There are very few people who turn down cheesy pasta.
So naturally, combining the two into Pizza Bake Pasta is basically a guaranteed win.
It's comforting.
It's filling.
It's easy.
And it has that golden bubbly cheese on top that makes everyone gather around the oven asking, “Is it ready yet?”
I don't know about your family, but mine starts circling the kitchen the second they smell melted mozzarella.
Crazy Busy Mama Tip
or the best Pizza Bake Pasta, save a few pepperoni slices and a little extra mozzarella to sprinkle on top during the last 10 minutes of baking. The pepperoni gets perfectly crispy, the cheese turns beautifully golden, and your casserole comes out looking just like your favorite pizzeria pizza.
