How to Make Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board

How to make Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board : a step by step guide
Before you start assembling your Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board, unwrap candies, cube cheese and pepperoni, and lay everything out. Having everything prepped makes board-building quick, fun, and totally stress-free.
This board comes together in four simple parts: making the pepperoni heart roses, placing savory items, adding sweet treats, and finishing with balance and color.

Create the Pepperoni Heart Roses
Take a champagne glass and fold one slice of pepperoni halfway over the rim.
Slightly overlap another slice and continue layering around the rim.
Continue until you have gone all the way around the glass.
Carefully lift the glass straight up, leaving a rose-shaped pepperoni flower underneath.
Repeat to make a second pepperoni rose.

Assemble the Board
Place the pepperoni heart roses toward the center or as a focal point on your board.
Add small piles of cubed cheese and cubed pepperoni around the roses.
Arrange round butter crackers in neat stacks or curves to help create structure.

Add the Sweet Touches
Fill open spaces with Valentine’s M&M’s, Sweethearts candies, Hershey Kisses, and Hershey Hearts.
Place Little Debbie heart cakes toward the edges for pops of pink and red.
Tuck strawberry Pocky sticks into open spaces or fan them out for height and texture.
Final Touches
Keep colors evenly distributed for a festive Valentine’s Day look.
Adjust spacing so the board feels full but not overcrowded.

Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board: SIDE IDEA
Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board: Side Idea
If you’re looking to add something simple but stunning to your Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board, these Undone Chocolate Covered Strawberries are the perfect addition.
Instead of traditional dipped strawberries, this version is layered and drizzled, which makes it easier, less messy, and honestly more elegant. Serve sliced strawberries in a pretty champagne or vintage-style glass and drizzle smooth melted chocolate over the top. Over time, the chocolate sets just like classic chocolate covered strawberries, but with a more elevated presentation.
I love adding these to a charcuterie spread because they add height, color, and that “wow” factor without taking up much space on the board. They pair beautifully with the sweet treats already on the board and balance out the savory items like pepperoni and cheese.
This is such a great option for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s night, or anytime you want your charcuterie board to feel a little extra without extra work.
Crazy Busy Mama Tip
A little of everything goes a long way. Small piles make the board look fuller and more inviting, and guests love having lots of choices without feeling overwhelmed.
