How to Make No Peek Chicken Casserole
Here is a step by step guide:
Place dry rice down evenly on a 9X13 greased dish. Pyrex 9×13 Dish works great for this meal!

Then add cream soups.

Add water to the cream soups and mix in until combined with rice.

Place chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture and press them down to nestle them in the bed of rice.

Pour the Lipton Onion Soup Dry Mix over the top of the chicken.

Bake casserole dish at 350 for 55-60 mins until done. Make sure to keep covered. (Don't Peek!!)

Now it is time to serve it up buffet style…

on some fine chinette of course 😉 I keep telling myself, someday I will use real plates! Ha

No Peek Chicken Casserole
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water use the soup can for measuring
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a 9×13″ baking dish, add rice, cream of chicken soup, water
- Mix well to fully coat the rice.
- Lay the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture, pressing them down slightly.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the top.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 hour. Do not peek while baking!
- Serve hot — goes great with a side salad.
