These truffles are made in layers — a chocolate shell, a creamy Oreo filling, and a final chocolate seal. Once chilled, they pop right out of the mold perfectly shaped every time.

Add Oreos to a food processor and blend until fine crumbs form.

In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until a dough forms.

Melt pink and red chocolate according to package directions.

Spoon melted chocolate into a silicone heart mold and coat the sides.

Freeze for 5 minutes until chocolate sets.

Fill each cavity with Oreo mixture and press firmly.

Cover with more melted chocolate to seal.

Freeze for 10 minutes until firm.

Remove from mold and drizzle with extra chocolate if desired.

Crazy Busy Mama Tip

Always use a silicone mold for this recipe. It makes removing the truffles effortless and keeps the heart shapes perfectly intact — no cracking, no sticking.
