These truffles are made in layers — a chocolate shell, a creamy Oreo filling, and a final chocolate seal. Once chilled, they pop right out of the mold perfectly shaped every time.
Add Oreos to a food processor and blend until fine crumbs form.

In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until a dough forms.
Melt pink and red chocolate according to package directions.
Spoon melted chocolate into a silicone heart mold and coat the sides.

Freeze for 5 minutes until chocolate sets.

Heart Shaped Oreo Truffles
Equipment
- food processor
- mixing bowl
Ingredients
- Oreos
- Cream Cheese
- pink candy melts
- Red candy melts
Instructions
Crush the Oreos
Add the entire package of Oreos to a food processor.
Blend until fine crumbs form.
Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese.
Mix until a soft, dough-like consistency forms.
Prepare the Mold
Melt the pink and red chocolate according to package instructions.
Spoon melted chocolate into the bottom of a silicone heart mold.
Spread chocolate up the sides of each cavity to coat evenly.
Freeze
Place the mold in the freezer for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
Add the Oreo Filling
Spoon the Oreo mixture into each heart cavity on top of the hardened chocolate.
Press down firmly so the filling is packed evenly.
Seal with Chocolate
Cover the back of each heart with more melted chocolate to seal completely.
Final Freeze
Return the mold to the freezer for 10 minutes, or until fully firm.
Remove & Decorate
Pop the truffles out of the mold like ice cubes.
Optional: drizzle with the opposite chocolate color for a fun Valentine’s finish.
Notes
