Add the entire package of Oreos to a food processor. Blend until fine crumbs form. In a large mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until a soft, dough-like consistency forms. Melt the pink and red chocolate according to package instructions. Spoon melted chocolate into the bottom of a silicone heart mold. Spread chocolate up the sides of each cavity to coat evenly. Place the mold in the freezer for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is set. Spoon the Oreo mixture into each heart cavity on top of the hardened chocolate. Press down firmly so the filling is packed evenly. Cover the back of each heart with more melted chocolate to seal completely. Return the mold to the freezer for 10 minutes, or until fully firm. Pop the truffles out of the mold like ice cubes. Optional: drizzle with the opposite chocolate color for a fun Valentine’s finish.
Chill thoroughly before removing from molds.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Can be made 2–3 days ahead for parties or gifting.
