After all, that is part of being a mama isn't it? Getting creative and adapting to meet for families needs? If you have a child that is allergic to something, you find ways to work around that allergy! My late husband always had a bad reaction to fresh onions, so we used a lot of onion powder in our house. That is also why you will see me using green onions in my Homemade Guacamole recipe instead of the typical red onions often used! As a mom, a wife and even just a human being, you have to be able to adapt!

And adapting isn't just about meeting your family's needs, but adapting to support your family as best as you can in whatever season you are in! Quintin was always the best at this. No matter what extracurricular our children got involved in, Q would always read up so he would know exactly how to support them the best he could! He was always there to support our kids.

And not just support them when they did things that he also enjoyed to do. If you love fishing, Supporting someone and encouraging them while they are fishing is easy. But he never ceased to amaze me when he would come in and know everything about the play Ella and Lily were rehearsing for school. It was just the extra effort that made such a difference. That is something my kids and I will always hold dear. So thankful for the example he set for them!

Okay back to my hubby's favorite, the easiest and tastiest keto-friendly Fried Pickle Recipe! This is one is seriously so good; you won't even miss the actual fried part of fried pickles! So let's clear off the countertop, get out a muffin tin and get making! These substitute fried pickles are about to be your favorite snack! Keto eating or not, you can't beat this one!
