Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cheese I like Colby jack
  • 1 jar dill pickles

Instructions
 

  • Shred cheese
  • Place pickle slices on a paper towel and blot dry
  • Add shredded Colby jack cheese to muffin tin
  • Add a pickle slice to the top of the shredded cheese
  • Top pickle slice with a little bit more shredded cheese
  • Bake on 400 for 15-17 minutes (for less crispy bake on 350 for 18-20 minutes)
