3 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp sweet relish

Pinch of salt

Green gel food coloring (gel is key — it won’t make the filling runny)

1 red bell pepper (for ornaments)

1 yellow bell pepper (for stars)

Optional: Finely shredded Asiago cheese (for a snowy effect)

Boil the Eggs

  • Place eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 10–12 minutes.
  • Immediately transfer to an ice bath to cool, then peel carefully.

Prepare the Filling

  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  • Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, relish, and a pinch of salt.
  • Add green gel food coloring a little at a time until you get that perfect “tree green” color.
