Boil the Eggs
Place eggs in boiling water and cook for 10–12 minutes.
Immediately transfer to an ice bath to cool, then peel.
Make the Filling
Halve eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
In a bowl, mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, relish, and salt.
Add green gel food coloring until the filling turns festive “tree green.”
Spoon or pipe into a piping bag.
Decorate the Trees
Pipe the green filling into each egg white, forming a tree shape.
Add diced red bell pepper “ornaments.”
Cut yellow bell pepper stars with a small cookie cutter and top each egg.
Add a Snowy Touch (Optional)
Lightly sprinkle shredded Asiago cheese for a “freshly fallen snow” effect.
