So instead of grabbing that smaller saucepan or skillet use a larger one because it will give it more surface area to cook and thicken up a lot quicker. It should take you about 35-45 mins to make, but will undoubtedly take up to an hour with a smaller pan. When I used my much larger sautee skillet it only took about 25 mins… so it will definitely behind on what pan you cook it in.

3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup of monk fruit allulose blend this ONE is my favorite and it needs to be no erythritol – this will keep it from having a gritty texture.
Monk fruit is my favorite for no aftertaste. It is by far my favorite sugar substitute.

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Then add the heavy cream and powdered sweetener.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick, coats the back of a spoon and volume is reduced by half. It will also pull away from the pan as you tilt it. (Again, This will go faster if you use a larger pan.)
You will want to stir occasionally and make sure it doesn't cook too quickly! Otherwise, it will turn into a sugar free caramel. Now if you make that mistake, good news you will have a delicious sugar free caramel and will be able to make another amazing Keto Creamer with it or you can just enjoy a decadent sugar free caramel dip!
Once the mixture consistency is thick volume is reduced by half and coast the back of a spoon it is ready!
You can store in fridge in a glass container or use right away! Keto Sugar Free sweetened condensed milk will be good until expiration date on heavy cream container.
