If there's one dessert that instantly brings back childhood memories, it's s'mores.
There's just something about the combination of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows that never goes out of style. Whether you're sitting around a campfire or dreaming about summer nights, those classic flavors always seem to bring people together.
That's exactly why I created this S’mores Pie.
As a busy mama, I love desserts that look impressive but don't require hours in the kitchen. This S’mores Pie has all the nostalgic flavors of a traditional s'more but comes together in just minutes with simple ingredients you can find at any grocery store.
The creamy marshmallow layer, rich chocolate pudding, fluffy whipped topping, and crunchy graham cracker crust make every bite taste like your favorite campfire treat—without ever lighting a fire.
And honestly? It's one of the easiest desserts I've ever made.

Crazy Busy Mama Tip
For an extra authentic campfire flavor, lightly toast the mini marshmallows on top with a kitchen torch just before serving. If you don't have a torch, sprinkle the toppings on right before serving to keep the graham crackers crunchy and the marshmallows fresh.
