Cajun Turkey, Sausage & Shrimp Cabbage Skillet

Cajun Turkey, Shrimp & Cabbage Skillet: Bold Flavor, One Pan, Zero Fuss

Mama, this is one of those dinners that tastes like you spent all day building layers of flavor… but it’s really just one big skillet doing the work.

This Cajun Turkey, Shrimp & Cabbage Skillet is hearty, protein-packed, and full of bold Southern-inspired flavor thanks to that andouille sausage and Tony’s Creole seasoning. It’s comforting without being heavy, and it’s perfect for nights when you want something filling but still balanced.

I love recipes like this because they stretch beautifully. You’ve got lean ground turkey, smoky sausage, tender shrimp, and soft cabbage all cooked together into one flavor-packed meal. It’s naturally lower carb, high protein, and incredibly satisfying.

And the best part? It’s all made in one pan.

That’s a Crazy Busy Mama win.

Ingredients for Cajun Turkey, Sausage & Shrimp Cabbage Skillet

Using 97/3 lean ground turkey keeps this lighter, while the andouille sausage brings in that rich Cajun flavor. Frozen shrimp works perfectly — no need to thaw in advance.
