Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 pound ground turkey
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 pack sausage
  • 1/2 bag frozen shrimp
  • 1/2 head cabbage

Instructions
 

Brown ground turkey.

    Add onion and pepper; cook 3–5 minutes.

      Add sausage; cook 3–5 minutes.

        Stir in shrimp and seasoning.

          Add cabbage and mix.

            Cover and cook 10 minutes.

              Stir and serve.

                Notes

                • Adjust Tony’s seasoning to control spice level.
                • Thaw shrimp first for quicker cooking if desired.
                • Great for meal prep — reheats well for 3–4 days.
