For the Sweet Potatoes

1 bag pre-cut diced sweet potatoes (or fresh, diced)

Garlic & herb seasoning (divided)

Cooking spray or olive oil (optional)

    For the Turkey

    1 package ground turkey

    Remaining garlic & herb seasoning

      For the Bowl Toppings

      Purple (red) onion, diced

      Red tomato, diced

      Lettuce, chopped

      Pickles, sliced

        Optional: Secret Sauce

        Your favorite burger-style sauce
        (or mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and a splash of pickle juice)

        This bowl comes together in layers — roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned turkey, and fresh toppings. Once everything is cooked, it’s just assemble-and-enjoy.

        How to make Sweet Potato Burger Bowl : a step by step guide

        Cook the Sweet Potatoes

        Preheat your oven to 400°F.
        Spread the diced sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
        Season generously with garlic & herb seasoning.
        Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and lightly crisped.

        Cook the Turkey

        While the sweet potatoes roast, heat a skillet over medium heat.
        Add the ground turkey and sprinkle with the remaining garlic & herb seasoning.
        Cook until fully browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks.

        Prep the Toppings

        While everything cooks, dice the onion and tomato, chop the lettuce, and slice the pickles.

        Assemble the Bowls

        Start with a base of roasted sweet potatoes.
        Top with seasoned ground turkey.
        Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
