Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag bag of sweet potatoes cubed
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • lettuce
  • pickles

Instructions
 

Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, season, and roast for 25–30 minutes.

      Brown ground turkey in a skillet with remaining seasoning.

        Prep all toppings.

          Assemble bowls with sweet potatoes, turkey, toppings, and sauce.

            Serve warm.
