How to Make Rudolph Strawberries

How to make Rudolph Strawberries : a step by step guide
Prep Strawberries
- Wash your strawberries and pat them completely dry. Any moisture will prevent the chocolate from sticking, so take your time here.
Melt Chocolate
- Melt your Ghirardelli milk chocolate wafers according to the package instructions until silky smooth.
Dip & Decorate
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- While the chocolate is still soft, add two candy eyeballs near the top for Rudolph’s eyes.
- Press one red M&M (M side down) at the tip of each strawberry for that iconic Rudolph nose.
- Break a mini pretzel in half and gently insert each piece into the top to form adorable antlers.
Set & Serve
Place the Rudolph Strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and let them sit until the chocolate hardens. For a faster set, pop them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Crazy Busy Mama Tip
To make your Rudolph Strawberries picture-perfect, make sure your strawberries are completely dry before dipping — even a drop of water can cause your chocolate to clump or slide off. I like to wash mine the night before and let them air-dry overnight on a paper towel. Then when it’s go-time, you’ll get a smooth, glossy finish every time!
And if you’re making these with kids, let them decorate their own Rudolphs! It’s a fun family tradition that brings a little extra joy (and laughter) to your kitchen.
