These adorable Rudolph Strawberries are the sweetest no-bake Christmas treat! Juicy strawberries dipped in silky milk chocolate, topped with pretzel antlers, candy eyes, and a bright red M&M nose — perfect for parties, movie nights, or festive gifting.

Prep Strawberries
Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. Moisture prevents the chocolate from sticking, so make sure they’re completely dry.
Melt the Chocolate
Melt Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers according to package instructions until smooth and glossy.
Dip & Decorate
Dip each strawberry into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
Quickly add candy eyeballs near the top.
Press one red M&M onto the tip for Rudolph’s nose (“M” side down).
Break mini pretzels in half and press them gently into the chocolate at the top for antlers.
Set & Serve
Place strawberries on parchment paper and let them set until firm.
For faster results, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
