These adorable Rudolph Strawberries are the sweetest no-bake Christmas treat! Juicy strawberries dipped in silky milk chocolate, topped with pretzel antlers, candy eyes, and a bright red M&M nose — perfect for parties, movie nights, or festive gifting.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries washed and dried completely
  • 1 package Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • Mini pretzels for antlers
  • Red M&M’s for noses – “M” side down
  • Candy eyeballs

Instructions
 

  • Prep Strawberries
  • Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. Moisture prevents the chocolate from sticking, so make sure they’re completely dry.
  • Melt the Chocolate
  • Melt Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers according to package instructions until smooth and glossy.
  • Dip & Decorate
  • Dip each strawberry into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  • Quickly add candy eyeballs near the top.
  • Press one red M&M onto the tip for Rudolph’s nose (“M” side down).
  • Break mini pretzels in half and press them gently into the chocolate at the top for antlers.
  • Set & Serve
  • Place strawberries on parchment paper and let them set until firm.
  • For faster results, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
