Jell-O St. Patrick Cups

Jell-O St. Patrick Cups: The Easiest Festive Treat You’ll Ever Make

Mama, if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that not every holiday treat needs to be homemade from scratch to feel magical.

These Jell-O St. Patrick Cups are proof of that.

They are colorful, festive, kid-approved, and require zero oven time — which means no extra stress, no flour-covered counters, and no complicated steps. Just simple fun that looks like you put in way more effort than you actually did.

I love making these when I need something quick for a classroom party, a last-minute gathering, or just a fun after-school surprise. The lemon-lime Jell-O gives you that perfect St. Patrick’s Day green, the whipped cream adds a little sweetness, and the rainbow topper? That’s the magic.

These Jell-O St. Patrick Cups are one of those “why didn’t I think of this sooner?” recipes.

Jell-O St. Patrick Cups: SIDE IDEA

These Jell-O St. Patrick Cups pair perfectly with Sour Patch Grapes for a colorful, kid-friendly treat table. The sweet-and-tangy grapes balance the creamy Jell-O cups and keep the dessert spread fun, festive, and super easy — no oven required.

Crazy Busy Mama Tip

If you’re making these ahead of time, store the rainbow toppers separately and insert them just before serving. This keeps the candy from softening and the whipped cream looking fresh.
