Valentine's Day Snack Mix- Cupid Mix

Easy Valentine's Day Snack Mix for Kids, adults and perfect for kids classroom snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup Cheerios the heart ones would be cute
  • 1 cup Rice Chex
  • 1 cup M&M's Valentine's M&Ms look the best
  • 11 oz white chocolate chips love Ghirardelli ( could even use melting wafers)

Instructions
 

  • In a Big Bowl, Take all your dry ingredients and mix them together.
  • In a microwaveable bowl, Take the chips or melting wafers and heat up in 20-30 second increments and mix so you don’t burn it. This happens so quick so make sure to stay by microwave and use half power. 
  • Pour mixed dry ingredients over the top of a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Once chocolate is ready take it and pour over the top of the dry ingredients- mix together a bit with a spatula. 
  • Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes for snack mix to set up. 
  • Break apart and enjoy!
  • CBM TIP:
    Add a teaspoon of shortening or coconut oil to the chocolate chips to help melt easier.
