Instructions
Make the dressing
In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Duke’s mayonnaise, and taco sauce until smooth and creamy.
Add the mix-ins
Add chopped chicken, roasted corn, cilantro, purple onion, and cotija cheese.
Mix together
Stir until everything is evenly coated and fully combined.
Season
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill or serve
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for even more flavor.
